Description of Society: People just name "lot of cars or clothes or swimming pools mostly and say how swell." They run students so ragged by the end of the day they can't do anything or go to bed or head to a fun park." To bully people around, break window panes in the window smasher or wreak cars in the car wrecker place with the big steel ball." These are the games they play with the cars. "Will go out in the cars and race in the street, trying to see how close you can get to a lamp post playing chicken and knock the hubcaps."

Description of School: "An hour of TV class an hour of basketball or baseball or running another hour of transcription history or painting pictures, and more sports," The school does not have real teachers most of the time or they are projected. Most of the student don't ask questions. Like shown in this quote "They just run the answers at you,  bing, bing, bing, and us sitting there for four more hours of film teacher."

Description of Clairece: "Six of my friends have been shot in the last year alone. Ten of them died in car wreaks." This quote shows this society does not want to be part of keeping the youth safe. Clairece's uncle believes that responsibility should still be upheld by the youth. "Do you know I was responsible. I was spanked when I needed it, years ago. And I do all the shopping and cleaning by hand."

Description of Guy Montag: Guy Montag feels guilt shown by this quote. "At any moment Beatty might rise and walk about him touching, exploring his guilt and self-consciousness." The orange dragon is a symbol for the fire truck. When Montag asks for the rules being a fireman this is the answer he gets. "Rule 1 answer the alarm swiftly 2 start the fire swiftly 3 burn everything 4 report back to the fire house immediately 5 stand alert for other alarms.

Allusions: "Play the man, Master Ridley; we shall this day light such a candle, by God's grace, in England, as I trust shall never be put out." The Tower of Babel is an allusion to the Tower of Babel from the bible which was made to reach to God but he put a curse the people making them speak different languages.
